The Adult Programs in Agricultural and Extension Education Wikibook was developed by students enrolled in AGED 5123: Adult Programs in Agricultural and Extension Education at Oklahoma State University, Stillwater.
The course was taught by Dr. Kathleen Kelsey, Department of Agricultural Education, Communications, and 4-H Youth Development.
The textbook used for this course was Caffarella, R. S. (2002). Planning programs for adult learners: A practical guide for educators, trainers, and staff developers. 2nd ed. San Francisco: Jossey-Bass. ISBN: 0-7879-5225-7. Caffarella’s textbook provided the structure and framework for the wikibook; however, students built the wikibook using a variety of resources.
As with any non-peer reviewed material, the reader is encouraged to judge the merit and worth of the information carefully for accuracy. No claims to accuracy or authenticity are made by the instructor or Oklahoma State University.
